The secret to a beautiful skin.

When Iman, one of the most beautiful women in the world, was asked what her secret to a beautiful skin is, she responded "Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate.  I cleanse and moisturize my skin twice a day." 

I agree with this practice and it really is quite simple to do, and not as time consuming as one would think.  Consider this, you brush your teeth twice a day, right?  So why not make it your ritual to wash your face and then brush your teeth.  Once you have patted the skin dry, all that's left to do is wipe the skin clean with some toner and apply your eye cream and moisturizer. 

I timed it, and it took less than 2 minutes to apply the toner, eye cream and moisturizer after I was done washing my skin and brushing my teeth.

Now how about adding a few more minutes once a week to rejuvenate the skin?   Applying a face mask before getting into a bath took 3 minutes, from the time I mixed the powder and ending with the closing of the container.

The time spent on taking care of your skin now is a small price to pay for the long term results.  I also drink plenty of water throughout the day to hydrate from the inside out.

Another secret to a beautiful skin in your golden years is the application of SUNBLOCK.  Don't under estimate the value of putting on sun screen everyday before going out into the sun, it not only protects your delicate epidermis, but also reduces the signs of aging.
