New Products in time for Christmas.  

We have added stunning new products to our catalog for Christmas and in this newsletter I will be offering you suggestions on "sure to be a hit" gift items, based on our customer's feedback and top sellers.

I have a lot to be thankful for this year, but especially now since the recent wild fires in San Diego.  My family and neighbors got a taste of what it feels like to be evacuated from our residence after receiving a reverse 911 call.  Fortunately, we were told we could return to our home the next day, sadly this was not the case for everyone in San Diego.  I am thankful that we were able to return home, and I would like to express my sincerest sympathy to those who have lost their homes or loved ones in the recent wild fire.  My thoughts are with you.

I would also like to say a special thanks to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, who can now add FIRE & POISONOUS AIR to the list of obstacles they will overcome to make sure the mail is delivered.  It was amazing to see that the orders I had filled the night before the evacuations were ordered had been collected by the United States Postal Service on the day that the entire neighborhood had been ordered to evacuate.

I was so concerned about how my customers would react when I e-mailed them to let them know that their orders would take a little longer to ship, that it never occurred to me for one minute that the mailman would arrive as usual to collect the outbound packages.  Thank you to the US Postal Service for your excellent support and more especially to our mailman Clive, for collecting our customers packages no matter what.
